DAMAGED/FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
Should any of your wine be damaged in delivery, we shall be happy to offer you a replacement or full refund. Please notify us of the damage by telephone, private message or email within three working days of delivery.
If a wine is found to be faulty or corked, we shall be happy to offer you a replacement or full refund. Please notify us of the damage by telephone, private message or email within three working days of delivery.
If incorrect goods are delivered, we shall be happy to offer you a replacement or full refund. Please notify us of the damage by telephone, private message or email within three working days of delivery.
In all cases, if you wish a replacement, we shall endeavour to arrange for the replacement to be delivered to you within five working days of your notification of the damaged, faulty or incorrect goods being delivered to you
