The wine is fresh and sharp, well-balanced by a rich mouth feel. This wine is made from a blend of two grape varieties which are widely grown in the south of France: Grenache Blanc and Clairette. The wine is fresh and fruity, with flavours and aromas of green fruit and a hint of aniseed.
